Aplomb Dancewear Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with APLOMB Dancewear. We strive to provide high-quality dancewear to all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must return your product to us within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. After 15 days, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange.

2. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

3. Products marked as on SALE are being offered for final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted for these products.

4. Items returned must be in their original condition and not show any signs of wear, including but not limited to, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any other signs of use. Tags must be attached (where applicable), and original packaging must be included.

5. If the incorrect size was chosen, you are responsible for the cost of all return shipping. We recommend that you double-check our Size Chart and ‘How to Measure Guide’ before placing your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@aplombdancewear.com  with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and further instructions on how to return the product to us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and issue a refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
