Gift card FAQ’s

  • Will I receive a physical gift card?

    No. After purchasing, you can choose for us to email the gift card code to the recipient or you can choose to receive the code yourself to provide to the recipient at a later time.

  • Does my gift card expire?

    No, gift cards have no expiry.

  • How do I redeem a gift card?

    Gift cards can be redeemed at our store checkout by entering the gift card code into the Promo Code box.

  • Can I pay for an order with both a gift card and another payment method?

    Yes. If your order total exceeds the value on the gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

  • Can I use more than one gift card on an order?

    Yes. You can use multiple gift cards on an order.

  • How can I check the balance of my gift card?

    The recipient of the gift card order receives an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at our store checkout, the remaining balance will also appear.

  • What if I've lost my gift card voucher code?

    If you’ve lost your gift card voucher, please contact our customer service team. We will be able to resend the gift card code to the original recipient.

  • Can I add funds to an existing gift card?

    No. It’s not possible to add additional funds to an existing gift card, but you can purchase new gift cards via our store.
